Can I change users in Jira Software Cloud test version?

Hi,

I would like to conduct a basic Jira training and I'm wondering whether it's possible to change the useres (licences) after each training session; i.e.

1st training session (8 users) register; they resign after the training

2nd training session (8 diffrent users) register

Can this work? And is there a contingency time?

Hey @Jessica Westermayr ,

Yes you can!

If you go in to the user management and revoke their site access they will no longer consume a license. So in between sessions you can just switch the licenses.

This should work pretty much instantly too.

Have you however considered just spinning up a 2nd trial instance and putting a backup of your first there to allow them both to work at the same time/play in the environment? They would only have the time of the trial but for training that might be enough.

Otherwise, simple revoke/grant would do it :)

May I ask back about the the 2nd trial instance...Would that work on the same account (administrator email)?
