Our workflow:
TO DO - IN PROGRESS - PAUSE - PRETEST - TESTING - DONE
Tasks in the status PRETEST, TESTING and READY are considered as finished by us
We know. that the sprint burndown chart considers a task to be ready only if it is moved to the last right column. If it is possible to set up a diagram so that it takes into account tasks as solved in the status PRETEST, TESTING, READY?
Our project is managed by a team.

No, the diagram reflects the same data as the board does. To get it to see your not-done issues as done, you need to map the status into the last column.
What problem?
The burndown chart is showing you what you have completed, as you completed it, as is the board. I am not sure what else you might expect?

We would like to build a diagram for our readiness statuses - PRETEST, TEST, READY
Perhaps there is another solution for compiling such a diagram, we just do not see it or do not know it. We have not been using Atlassian products for a long time, and we may misunderstand something.

I thnk you have, yes. Burndown charts show you the burndown for a sprint, in a Scrum methodology.
The chart you are asking for is not a burndown chart, so the scrum tool doesn't have one.
It's not a problem that you're not doing scrum, but you can't expect a scrum tool to support your not-scrum process.
You will need to look to adding apps that can give you the (not burndown) reports that you're looking for.
