Looking for help solving a problem with Bulk Issue Uploads. Running a test upload for 1 issue with a very simple bulk upload template and it keeps freezing at 35-45%.

Validation tool also freezes. Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue today. Two weeks ago, this worked fine and now I am unable to Validate - it just sits there at 4% for over 20 minutes before I kill it.
