when i am using filter in jira project for getting data from date range condition is not follow as per requirement. so this is bug

hi @Walter Buggenhout _ACA IT_ when i am using JQuerry like project = "your-project-name" AND created >= "2023-04-02" AND created <= "2023-04-20" order by created DESC
there is showing data <20 but i apply condition <= means i want data also 20. there should be also show data for "2023-04-20" But its only showing till "2023-04-19" so, this is bug.
NOTE:- I am a Software Tester and i have 1.5 yr+ experience.
