My colleague and I tried to subscribe to the premium version of Jira Cloud. We entered the payment details and understand it is now the free trial period. However, it appears the costing information on our accounts is different as there is a cost shown on my colleague's account while I do not get the price there. We only intend to purchase two Premium accounts and our account names are different.
We would appreciate if you can check for us. Especially for my account I do not want to be double charged.
Hi Johnny, I would recommend you contact support.atlassian.com. Click on Contact, then select 'Billing, Payments, and Pricing'. The community here isn't going to be able to help you with billing questions.
