BigGantt broken. Can't change dates on any issue

We have a Biggant implementation that stopped allowing us to change dates on any of our issues yesterday. We have not received responses from support@ that fix the situation.

We get the following rather long error code, which we've googled but no results are found.

Again, this Biggant failing is sufficient that it makes the product unusable. I'd be keen to hear if anyone has solutions, workarounds or knows of a way for us to block updates from SoftwarePlant being adopted by our cloud Jira instance.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Indeed, SoftwarePlant support is available from Monday to Friday. I am sure that today you will be contacted.

Meanwhile, please tell me if the problem re-occurs after fixing the integrity checker error?

Please go to Jira Administration >> Manage Apps >> BigGantt Technical Configuration >> Advanced >> and click "Fix Integrity Checker errors". See my image as a reference.

Yeah, looks like their hours are Monday-Friday, but hopefully you're unblocked soon.
