Hello,
I'm trying to figure out how to best organize my software tickets so that they don't get too messy with comments and questions as we go through the development process.
I have developers that have questions for the analysts and testers that have questions for the developers and the analysts. I would like to keep this all on the same issue that we can see the entire process and all information related to that issue.
But, if I have the users create @mention comments for every question, the issues gets very out of control with all the comments. And then no one can find anything in the comments or history. It's not useable.
I was thinking about being able to put certain comments/questions on a "Requirements Clarification" tab and put tester questions on a "QA Clarification and Results" tab. This would keep it clean and organized.
Is this possible, to put certain types of comments on an issue tab?
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to keep a single issue clean and readable throughout the entire development process?
I would appreciate any guidance or experienced suggestions. Thank you.
