I have a product that ships on multiple platforms, specifically, iOS, Android, Web. There is a different codebase for each of these, and a different developer too.
Often we have features that we implement across all three platforms at the same time. It's redundant at times to create three separate tasks for this work. I want to be able to have one task that I can assign to three people, especially for really simple changes.
How do other people handle this scenario.
Most people would create sub-tasks for this, rather than new stories.
Assigning the same thing to more than one person is doomed to failure.
