Hello everyone. This may be a basic question but I'm strugglin a bit in order to do this 2 actions im suffering and I've been trying to find it over the Big-Picture docs, but couldn't find the answer.

1 - As per following screen, why the edit button appears in grey? How I'm supposed to be fixing this problem in order to be able to edit the issues?

2 - How is the correct way to create a story/task under an Epic in the Gantt view? I'm also not able to find out how to do it.

Thank you so much for your help and looking forward to hearing from you.Capture1.PNG

Hi @Mario Rodriguez

The "Edit" button is greyed out because the editing issue page from the Gantt level is not available. Here you will read more about the differences between Cloud and Server versions.
To edit the issue, please click its key, and you will be redirected to the Jira issue page.

The easiest way to create a new story/task under a certain epic is to select an epic and click the "+" icon. A newly created task will automatically be nested under a given epic.

Please let me know if something stays unclear. I will gladly provide more information.
