Avatars for some of my users have disappeared

Hello,

Some of my team members have lost their Avatars

Please let me know if why this is happening.

are they deleted from the Server
Application Data\JIRA\data\avatars

I had a Problem where Avatars are displayed in Edge but not in Internet Explorer.
In this case the are not lost they just have some jpg or png Format that IE could not open.

We are running Cloud I wonder if the Avatar images are stored on our infrastructure for JIRA Cloud as well?
