Hi all,
Our team has recently started experimenting with automations, and have now gotten an alert that our site has reached its monthly limit. However, according to my research, limits should only apply to global rules, not project-specific rules. As far as I can tell, our rules are single-project because they were created under Project Settings -> Automations.
Can anyone please help us understand what is going on? Am I wrong about single-project automations not having limits? If I'm not wrong, how do I make sure our rules are single-project?
Hi @Ophir Edelstein ,
welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Previously automations for single projects were not counted towards the limit, but the rules changed from the 1st November.

Thank you

Welcome to the crowd!
They limited automation usage now my whole operation stalled. Premium plan does not help and there is nothing in between from 16 users on premium and 800 users on enterprise. Meaning, we will see people moving their operations to other platforms very soon.
