The user I'm testing with does exist and has all the appropriate permissions. Any idea how I can correct this error?
I think that field expects a user object, not a display name. It might also be .value on the end (I'm not 100% sure how user smart variables work)
Yep, I think so. You can probably just drop the .displayName part. But you also need to put issue. in front. So:
