We switched to the cloud version of Jira several months back. Since this version doesn't seem to have a queue for a list of tickets assigned to my group, we have instead created Filters to mimic such a queue. However, we have to manually refresh it. Does anyone know how to either 1) create a queue or 2) auto refresh search results?

Hi @Robert Higgins

You can add a new by selecting Manage queues in the lower part of the left menu (in the Queues view). You will then see a pop-up dialog where you find the button for Create new queue in the upper right corner. You can the adjust a new queue as needed.
