Automatic Backup for JIRA CLOUD

Hello Team,

As we are taking Backup for JIRA CLOUD manually on Every Tuesday and Friday, so we want it automate process on every Tuesday and Friday it want to happen automatically generated and want to download automatically in our instance without doing manually. so could you please suggest me any alternate options to take backup automatically and download automatically so it helps us lot for these activity.
