Automated Comments on Subtasks

Hi all,

I'm trying to run an automation that creates 3 subtasks to an issue, and adds 3 different comments inside.

Right now, my automation adds the 3 comments to all 3 subtasks created.

Here is the workflow I expect.

1. Request reported in Slack and Auto created into Jira

2. I manually select a field Standard or Non-Standard

3. If non standard, auto-create 3 sub tasks, assigned to 3 different people, with 3 different comments/questions.

4. User returns answers to questions, 3 different people close their respective subtasks

5. Action main request

TIA

Hi @Damian Liu ,

You always can create 3 seperate automation tasks, which creates only one subtask and one comment. Can you maybe make a screenshot of the current automation task?

Kind regards,

Bert
