Auto create subtasks depends on the number of periods (Target Start and end) of the Story Issue

Hi,

I am new to Jira Automation. 

We have a requirement to create subtasks depends on the number of month periods of the Parent issue. Sample : Story Target Start : May 2023 ; Target end : Dec 2023.

We need to create subtasks each month , total 8 Subtasks with auto field target start depends on the period it self.

Sample: Subtasks May - Target start May 1, 2023 

I am not sure if this is possible.

Hello @Jimaline 

Automation for Jira does not provide a Branch feature for executing steps a number of times.

I did find this article that talks about a work around for Jira Cloud. I don't know if the same features are available in Automation for Jira Server/Data Center.
