Auto-Assign Tasks to filtered team member

Hello everybody!

I have a team managed Jira Project, in which I use the Board to gather an overview on the tasks of each project member.
Previously, when I filtered for each person, newly created issues would automatically be assigned to the project member I filtered for. This does not happen anymore. I tried to solve this by using an automation, but could not find a fitting option. 

Do you have any idea how to change the default assignie to the filtered project member?
