Hello,
Our company uses Jira for project management, and we communicate with our customer though Asana.
We have installed the Asana Jira integration to link our Jira tickets to the tasks in Asana but we only want to share the fields for summary and description. We don't want to share our status, owner and some other fields that could be confidential with the customer.
Is there a way to configure the Jira fields to show in Asana when linking the tasks?
Thanks in advance
Hi @Blanca Lopez welcome to the community. From what I'm reading here
you can define the fields you wish to sync between the two systems.
Thanks for answering my question.
That is what we thought when we installed it.
But I cannot find in the documentation if you can configure the fields. The documentation you shared only says "supported fields".
It's implied that you can add a limited amount (60) of custom fields in Asana Business and Enterprise (not Premium or Basic). But it is not clear if we can remove syncing default fields like "status" and "priority".
Blanca
