Hi @hanumanthu_e ,

Could you give a bit more context?

What is the board filter? Do you have browse & manage sprint permission for all the projects which can be a part of the filter?

When I am trying to be deleting the empty sprint from backlog getting error("Something's gone wrong, Refresh the page and try again). Unable to delete it at this moment. Something is wrong with Jira, might be a bug.

Please find below screenshot.

Ok, if you look at the filter, and think of all the issues that might be part of the query. Do you then have the manage sprint permission in all of the projects?

To be sure. if the board filter is something like this:

component = "ABC" ORDER BY Rank ASC

This means that you have manage sprint permission in all existing projects, since every project might have a component called ABC and there is no clause limiting the number of projects.

Being site-admin does not give you the right to manage sprints or even to see projects. You need to have the permissions on project level.
