We use jira-software and we add clients to projects so that they can enter tickets, test tickets, etc. My concern is that every time we add a client to our JIRA instance, they are counted towards our per user count for our add-ons like Big Picture and Tempo. I understand if they have to be counted towards our jira-software users because they do use JIRA, but is there any way to not have them count towards our add-on subscriptions? They have no permissions to the add-ons, but are still counted. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
They all count. 99.9% of Apps use the license tier of the parent application for their licensing as well.
Thanks Dave. I figured as much, but just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.
