Hi, we upgraded yesterday from version 8.13.2 to 8.14.0,

now when we access All Boards (/secure/ManageRapidViews.jspa) or the configuration of a  board (for example /secure/RapidView.jspa?rapidView=7&tab=filter) we got:

An error occurred

Please try refreshing the page, or contact your administrator / Atlassian Support if the problem continues.

What could be causing the problem?

Thanks,

Hi @Net_Com

is this happening for other users on a different PC also? Have you the chance to try out a different browser?
I am just asking to rule out the error message is not related to the client.

Are you using any Apps that could potentially interfere?
If you have Apps installed please make sure they are updated to their most current version available from Marketplace.

Cheers,
Daniel

Hi, thanks for the answer.

Yes, it happens on different computer and with different users.

All apps are updated:

Jira Service Management 4.14.0
Jira Software 8.14.0
Jira Core 8.14.0

Assets and Inventory Plugin for JIRA 7.1.2
Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools 1.30.1
Automation for Jira 7.2.4
Gantt Suite for Jira 1.8.11
Jira Cloud Migration Assistant 1.4.6
JIRA iCalendar Plugin 1.8.2
SSO for Atlassian Data Center 4.1.3
Zephyr for JIRA 5.6.5.56508907 trial expired (I have to understand if we will buy it, otherwise I will remove it)

Thanks very much @Daniel Ebers
I disabled Zephyr and the Boards problem disappared

You're very welcome - glad you fixed it.
In case of further/other questions please let us in Community know.

Hi,

from some tests I performed on a replica, it appears that we already had this problem in version 8.13.2 we installed on December 6,
while we have never encountered the problem in version 8.12.2 that we have been using since the end of September.
