Add a watcher Service Desk Management

Hello,

We are creating a workflow and want to add a user as a watcher, but we dont want to utilize a license is that possible?

Hi @Anton Revich 

No this can't be done.

You can add customers (non licensed users of the JSM portal) as request participants on a raised request.

This can be done by the reporter of the issue via the portal or the agent on editing the issue or via Jira automation.

But not in workflows.
