Is there a way to automatically add a default ticket to each project upon creation. We are piloting a time tracking add on and need each project to have task like "project management", "travel time", "non-billable time".
Any ideas or would this just need to be manual
There is nothing out of the box that would allow you to automatically create tickets when a project is created. While there is automation it doesn’t have any trigger regarding project creation. If this is only a few tickets just doing it manually should suffice.
