Our team has encountered an issue where one of my colleagues' accounts got deactivated last night. We are using the Jira Software cloud free plan.
The account is associated with an email address on gmail.com.
We have an older project where this account is also present, and today we received a notification that due to inactivity, that project will be deactivated in December.
I have org admin rights in both organizations, but I can't find a "Reactivate" button anywhere.
Could you please advise where to look and what to check?
