Accessing elements in the version page

Hi,

I'm trying to write a script in python to access some of the elements in the version page.

so far I know how to create a new version in release page,

jira.create_version(name=_NEW_VERSION, project=_PROJECT_KEY, 
description ="Creating a new release", releaseDate="2025-01-01")

and I know how to access the description and issue on the version page but I can't find a way to access the "give this section a name" and the text box below it and the "Related work" section.

How can I get access to those part?
