Hi @anjali s ~ those are fairly broad questions.  Are you polling users to determine which Jira platform / version is recommended?  That would depend on your environment and what your company can afford and/or implement.  Or are you asking for general Jira information?  Either way, you may want to start here:  https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira   There is also some good comparison information here:  https://www.atlassian.com/migration/assess/compare-cloud-data-center .  HTH
