API integration of JIRA

Question

we have linked firebase crashlytics with JIRA. The option to automatically create a bug when crashlytics receives an error is there (which we implemented in the last project). when trying to do so for our new project, the API is not authenticating. every time we get an error "Unable to verify credentials"

we have tried with old API as well as new API (creating a new one after deleting old API) but the result remains the same.

Hi there.

I'm seeing this error. I am the project owner on the Firebase side and I have all permissions on the Jira project side. What could I be doing wrong? Do I need to be the owner of the Jira project?

Hi Prashant. The API token you created is bound to a particular user. That user needs to have access to the new project as well. That error you're receiving (Unable to verify credentials)  -- where are you seeing that error? On the Firebase side?
