I have created support projects. During the support project creation process, it creates a unique URL. I have provided access to different users to their respective support projects. Still all the users are able to see all support projects.

Users here refer to the customer.

I have created individual support project for individual customer. All customers are able to see the support projects of other customer.

Can you help with the process for defining the access such that respective customer should be able to view and log tickets for his support project only.

I have created an email Id as a customer and have logged in to the portal. It shows other projects also. Have checked the project permissions for this respective customer. He has the rights as a customer only for 1 project.
