Time reports issues

I am unable to use my time sheet portal. It is showing error message when I
try to enter the details and help to solve the issue as early as possible.

Could you please try if you can open http://timereports.primetimesheet.net/atlassian-connect.json in your browser, and contact your network administrator if not, to make sure it works.
