Cannot print several issues from backlog

Hello everybody,

our PO is trying to print several issues from backlog. We tried on our selfes by selecting the issues pressing shift or ctrl and also found this way described here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/printing-issue-cards-785332012.html

But it does not work! On right-click onto the selected issues there is no menu entry called "Print selected cards" as you can see in the attached screenshot.

jira.backlog.png

When we select several issues on kanban board and right click, then there is an entry "print selected cards" on the bottom oif the context menu, but in the backlog it is always missing!

Why is this? Is there an error in Jira software? Or are there any dependencies that have to match to get this "print selected cards" context menu entry?

Kind regards

Alex
