When I was a beginner/new in Jira and started to use Jira Software first time. My boss gave me a task to invite/add new users so that they can also use Jira Software. I was new and didn't know how can I add/invite them 😀. I was figuring out and searching on the Google, then suddenly he came and said Monika Just create few groups and 5 roles also. Ohh.. my god, I was in searching mode and he gave me 2 new tasks which were unknown to me 😀.
But Finally, I got the stuff from the Atlassian Documents and I did all the 3 things. I was happy at that moment because that were the first 3 things I did in Jira admin role.
