Looking for insight on how you may have used the AlertDefID or AlertDefinitionID to pull them in.

Not super knowledgeable in the SolarWinds platform but recently worked with our network team to integrate alerts with our JSM Operations.
We're using the OpsGenie / JSM Operations API integration with Solarwinds to create Alerts which can then create incidents in our Service Desk project. We only have it set up for a few critical nodes/alerts
Initially we utilized Solarwinds sending an email to Jira as part of the alert action which had similar results.
