Hello team,

Need your help for transition the issue approvers group need to get email notification through customer notification template, but this template we don't have this kind of template. I tried to through post function but its not Triger the condition.

Hi Krishna,

I do not know how to do this using templates, but I can confirm that the ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud plugin provides a Send Notification post function that you can use to send an email notification to certain users during a post function.

You may be able to use this to achieve your use case of emailing approvers during a transition.

Thanks for the info, but my customer is asking mentioned format if transition is moved to another transition, this process only in the customer notification.
