Hey team,
I created a new form in JSM. I have it in our portal and everything looks good but the won't form can't be submitted as one of the sections has an infuriating 'choose at least 2' error? When you hover over the error icon it gives you no information on how to fix it. The error does not come up in the build tab when creating the form.
Can anyone help me here? Thank you!
Hannah
Welcome to the community. Is the field in the Form linked back to an actual Jira field? Have you checked that custom field's configuration? If the field in the Form is linked to an actual Jira field, you should ensure the data type matches (i.e. Radio Buttons)
Once you can provide updates, I will be able to assist further.

Hi Joseph, Thank you :)
All the fields in this form were exactly the same and they all worked except that one. I changed the 'type' and then re-added radio buttons as per the screen shot and now its working. I am still so weirded out by that error though.
Thank you!

Very odd. Glad everything is working. I was going to ask you to recreate the same field again in your form next. I guess you are too fast for me. If my comments helped you, please click on Accept answer when you have a chance.
Best, Joseph
