I would like to know how I can call a portal group using JQL?
Hardware - --> Portal group call this group via JQL
CPU ---> Request Type
@Jhael Gomez - this isn't natively possible, unfortunately.

Of course, Request Type groups would probably change over time, so the "Request Group" workaround isn't 100% clean...
