We have configured a mail handler associated with our own email account and when an email arrives, an issue is created.
The problem is that when the issue is created, it does not assign a request type and sets the informer as the default one and not the person who has sent the email.
If we send the mail to the address that jira creates by default for the project, it works correctly.
