limit Resolution for certain project

I want to limit the Resolution filed values for some project is this possible to do ?

Yes, this is possible by using Workflow Properties.

Within each workflow in each project, identify the transitions where the Resolution value is set. Add to that transition the jira.field.resolution property, choosing either the .include or .exclude option, and specify the resolution value ids as a comma separate string.

That will affect all issue types that use that particular workflow. If your workflow is shared between different projects, you would need to make copies of the workflows to customize them per project, and make copies of the Workflow Schemes per project to use those customized workflows.
