hello Jira community! seeking help on two things regarding formatting within a Jira form
1) adjusting the size of text boxes within the form
2) setting a rule in form responses that if a form is tagged with a certain piece of information ie; Region, it's results are delivered to a specific person on our team
1) this is not possible and not sure why it is desired/necessary.
2) I don’t understand what you mean by “tagged”. If you simply mean a field has a certain value then I recommend you use automation. Trigger on issues created, condition check the value of the custom field, action if condition passes then email appropriate agent/individual .
