i needs to modify and update deployment environment in Jira service desk, couldn't've find the settings

I  expect you meat the values used in a field called "deployment environment"

If you are not a Jira admin, please reach out to your Jira admin in your Jira instance and explain your demand. A Jira admin will be able to change for you.
