Hi @jlee

The Knowledge Base in JSM is made up of Confluence Pages, so you'll need to add a new Article to the relevant Space(s) linked to your JSM Project and upload your video to it.

There is a bug stopping videos from playing in some circumstances though, requiring them to be downloadable attachments instead - see JSDCLOUD-5919

An alternative workaround to the above issue you could try is to host the video and use the Widget Connector macro to show it

To do this:

  1. In your JSM project, go to Knowledge Base (left-hand menu)
  2. Press the blue Create Article button
  3. Create a blank Confluence page
  4. Give the page a relevant name (eg. the Video's name)
  5. Add the macro Widget Connector
  6. Enter the Web Site's Widget URL into the relevant box (the video will need to be hosted, eg. on Youtube)
  7. Publish the page
  8. Add the article to the relevant category in your JSM project

Let us know how you get on :)
