getUsers API not returning emailAddress

ajithramsriii is the organization admin and also the Jira admin. When fetching user information from the getUser API using basic authentication with the admin account, the email addresses for other users are not returned, even though the email address setting is configured to 'Only Me and Admin'.

The api https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-users/#api-rest-api-2-user-get should return the users email too, please can you share the API that you've tried maybe that will help identify the use case.
