Hi,
we have two existing customers who have stopped receiving email notifications from Jira.
The Emails are added to suppression list, how can i remove them from the list?
The self-service suppression removal feature exists for notifications generated by Jira Work Management and Jira Software projects.

I found there were suppression for both accounts. I have cleared the suppressions that might have existed for all users on that domain. I hope that helps.
