I want to know if you can edit the printing format of the reports to remove or add fields. The design that shows is from this page https://inm-mx.atlassian.net/si/jira.issueviews:issue-html/INM -9 / INM-9.html and I want to edit it, is it possible?

The fields that appear when printing an issue will depend on the fields added to the screen. Some of these fields need to have a value, otherwise, they won’t appear in the print mode.

If you go to Project settings > Request types and select a request type it will show the Customer request form (what customers see in the portal), the description, and context fields. 

If the field you need is not listed, you can click on “View issue screen” and add select the desired ones.

In case you need to remove or add more details, the best option would be to use the “Export Word”. The layout will be the same, but then you can remove or add cells, for example.
