Hi Nida - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

So, what is not working with the rule? Can you share the audit log for when it runs?

Hi @John Funk

i have created sla->time to first response will breach in the 6 hours, then i chose my custom field that SLA and wrote the text "Breached ".

for only testing i have created incident which is critical, i want to see "breached" in my custom field but i couldnot.

The SLA in your image has not been breached yet, therefore the rule would not have fired yet. What is the trigger you are using for the rule? Can you share a screenshot of the entire rule?
