we are using Jira Service Mgmt. as in internal ITSM tool with employees beeing agents and customers, but not being both. Across the company we had a change to the E-Mail Domain. The new e-mail address (new domain) of an agent was manually added as a request participant. So the system created an invitation which the person executed. Now I'm dealing with the situation that I can not migrate the e-Mail address of the agent to the new domain given the fact that there is an customer holding the same address. I decided to delete the customer and then we tried to update the e-mail address wich is not working. Is there anybody out there with a soluton or a similar challenge? I was wondering wheter it is just a matter of time until the deleted e-mail address of the customer is free for the agent's acct. Any ideas? Looking forward to receiving your ideas. Cheers, Andreas
