change default layout scriptrunner

I want to change the default layout of my scriptrunner emails.

I work with jira cloud

Where can I do this?

What have you configured in Scriptrunner that is sending the emails?

we use MarkupBuilder and then the post function

Scriptrunner doesn't have mail send functions in it, but you can write them - see https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Adaptavist-questions/Send-email-by-script-runner-CLOUD/qaq-p/862709 for a sample.
