I'd like to set my email for requests (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) so that any replies from internal email addresses (e.g. email@example.com) are not registered as reply to customer, but instead of that as internal note.
Is this at all possible?

Currently, all comments added via email will be set as public, so it's not possible for the user to choose if they want to post a public or internal comment.
