My issue status "Tamamlandı" in "Done" category. I except to set resolution status to "Done", however there is nothing there. Why this happened?
Project type: IT service management (Essentials) (Team-managed service management)
You can demonstrate as creating new "TEST" project. All workflows and all statuses are default.
I add issue view, workflow view and queue view to shown.
In queue view, unresolved and date missing.
Everything seems normal with group.
If you have a screen associated with your transition then You need to ensure that the resolution field is on the screen used during transition to your done category. Or you can use a post function to set the resolution to done.
I do not have a screen, and I cant see any post function in workflow.
