Especially for SD and SLM practices, and how to compete against other certified tools like Aranda that has at least 12 when companies give so much weight to that certification?

If you look at what Atlassian focuses on with the JSM product and the practices it was certified in they align. Their tool has not focused on and might not focus on the other practice areas. What really matters is if you use the product for one of the practice areas and if it is certified there.
