Why does Jira only have 7 out of 17 PinkVerify practices?

Arnoldo Quesada Mora April 28, 2023

Especially for SD and SLM practices, and how to compete against other certified tools like Aranda that has at least 12 when companies give so much weight to that certification?

@Arnoldo Quesada Mora I don't think they have said anything on it other than that they have the ITIL 4 certification.  https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management-articles/Let-s-Celebrate-Jira-Service-Management-receives-PinkVerify-ITIL/ba-p/2271893

If you look at what Atlassian focuses on with the JSM product and the practices it was certified in they align.  Their tool has not focused on and might not focus on the other practice areas.  What really matters is if you use the product for one of the practice areas and if it is certified there.

I forgot to add the link that shows the practice areas so you can review and understand what practice areas have been certified https://www.pinkelephant.com/en-us/PinkVERIFY/PinkVERIFY-ITIL-4-Toolsets

Hola Brant, muchas gracias por su amable respuesta.  Creo que tiene razón, el enfoque de lo que se pretende es lo importante para saber qué certificacion ocupa Jira...
