We have a Jira project and created a KB in Confluence linked to it.
For testing and explaining to the Support teams how this works I created dummy articles directly in the Confluence KB and then I created test issues using portal.
The problem is that the articles appear in the issues (not in the Portal) regardless there are tags or info in common.

Ticket (in some cases it even offers the Main Page!!)
We want to understand how this works and how can it be modified to it does not show articles not associated with the topic.
